We now have 2 opportunities for experienced Toolmakers to join our team on a permanent basis, based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and offices near Auckland Airport. The environment we work in is industry leading and includes our own in-house toolroom that will be your creative space to build and maintain our injection moulding tools.
Our Toolmakers are responsible for repairing, servicing, assembling, maintaining and improvement of tooling dies, jigs, fixtures and fittings. In addition to this you will be responsible for:
- Supporting new tooling for new product introductions from commissioning through to production
- Manufacturing new tooling and ancillary spares
- Troubleshooting tooling problems and making adjustments

The shifts for the two positions are as below:
1 x Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 7am start.
1 x Evening Shift – Monday to Friday, 2pm start
We are an essential service business and we continue to operate during COVID lockdowns and all traffic light levels.
A little bit about you
You’ll bring 10+ years’ experience in Toolmaking, joining with a qualification or Trade Certification to back you up. Experience in bench tool making is essential to this role and CNC experience will be an advantage. In addition to this, you’ll have a strong understanding and knowledge of factory and manufacturing operations.
We’re looking for someone who has a great attitude, is happy to work autonomously, takes pride in their work and understands that the output of their work will directly impact the products being sent out globally. It’s important that you can come in and get the job done.
