What you will do
Our Retail and Builder Support team is responsible for managing and assisting with all types of service-related enquiries. This role will liaise on behalf of our Retailer builder customers for New Zealand and Australia, and may include taking inbound phone calls, dealing with email-based enquiries, and developing key relationships with customers. You will proactively manage these relationships to ensure we are always one step ahead, and that we delight our customers with any time-critical service requirements, ensuring their jobs are completed on time and within service agreements.
Shift Pattern - these are fully remote roles.
We have 2 roles to fill, with the shift patterns as below. The hours of work for these positions are fixed and cannot be changed.
First Shift Pattern – 1 Position available
Tuesday – Saturday (Tuesday-Friday 12.30pm - 9pm, Saturday 9am-5:30pm)
Second Shift Pattern – 1 Positions available
Monday to Friday, 1:30pm-10pm
You bring relevant experience in a fast-moving and customer-focused environment, that could be from many disciplines, such as Construction (admin and service delivery focus), Appliances, Complex Contact Centre, or something similar! Key to your success is your excellent computer and system skills, your planning and prioritisation skills to ensure we meet agreed deadlines and maximise our efficiencies and effectiveness. You are resilient, you know that sometimes things happen that are out of your control, but your resilience sees you remain cool under pressure to solve the problem at hand. You are also engaging, you know how to deal with stakeholders, business owners and decision-makers, to ensure what you promise, is delivered!
