Do you have substantial experience as a Licensed Immigration Adviser? Are you looking to step up your responsibilities into a commercially focused role, where you’ll have support of the wider team and our leaders? Then look no further!

Our Senior Licensed Immigration Adviser will take responsibility for completing visa applications accurately and timely, whilst providing expert immigration advice to corporate clients and individuals.

Additionally, this role involves managing their immigration case workflows, identifying up-selling/cross-selling opportunities for business growth, ensuring high standards of client service and compliance are met, mentoring clerical staff, staying updated on immigration trends, legislation, and policies, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

This is a senior position, and as such it is imperative that you:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a LIA
• Understand what value-adding account management and delighting customers, looks like
• Taking your individual clients from the start of the immigration journey to a successful end
• Ensure compliance related activities are undertaken in a timely and proactive manner
• Manage your team with clear expectations of their delivery, mentoring and coaching, where required

We envisage that you will have a degree in a discipline that has supported your success, are proficient in the use of all immigration and supporting systems, are able to handle complex situations and diffuse conflicts as they arise.

Further you will thrive in a busy, and high-pressured deadline driven environment, where your great communication skills and flexibility see you perform at your best.
