As a Registered New Zealand Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of the Industrial and commercial division, utilizing your expertise to deliver top-tier solutions to their diverse clientele.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Proven Experience: With over 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial valuations, you're no stranger to the intricacies of the field. This could be gleaned from a history in large corporate businesses, or from a Consultancy Background, as below.
Consultancy Background: Your background in consultancy sets you apart, allowing you to approach challenges with a unique perspective and deliver tailored solutions in a timely manner. You know how to navigate the landscape in a consultative manner, enjoy seeking out new clients, and know how to bring repeat business, back to your books.
Fee Structure Mastery: You understand the nuances of writing fees, ensuring transparency and fairness in all client interactions.
Qualifications: Armed with a Tertiary Qualification in Property Valuation, NZIV Registered and with a current practicing certificate,, you bring both knowledge and credibility to the table.
Personality: You bring the ability to listen to what your clients are telling you, the market and its trends, you are savvy with systems, and can navigate any CRM that you need, to be successful in your role.

- Conduct thorough commercial and industrial valuations, leveraging your expertise to provide accurate and insightful assessments.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored services that exceed expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, continuously enhancing your skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Must have clear communication and report-writing skills.
- There must be a passion for what you do, and the people you partner with.
- Must be a team player who can work collaboratively and independently.
- Possess the ability to multi-task high volumes of work on a frequent basis.
