At Unison, we’re looking for an Asset Strategy & Constraints Engineer to drive innovation and maximize our asset portfolio’s value. This role is crucial in identifying and addressing asset constraints, ensuring our network’s safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Strategies: Manage and improve asset strategies, align goals with AMOs, develop maintenance plans, monitor asset conditions, and address systemic issues.
- Constraint Identification & Risk-Based Interventions: Use risk-based planning to create indices for managing risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Set standards, work with contractors, and provide technical support to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support major projects and strategic decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to advance asset management practices.
- Health & Safety: Follow best practices and regulatory requirements to maintain safety standards.

About You
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for asset management and reliability engineering. With over 5 years of experience, you have expertise in risk assessment and process design. Your strong technical skills are complemented by excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. You are proactive, innovative, and committed to safety and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in asset management and engineering.
- Education: Relevant technical diploma or degree.
- Skills: Risk measurement, technical writing, stakeholder management.
