Your Role:
- Innovative Design: Lead the design and development of new and existing substation and distribution projects.
- Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate new technologies, conduct fault investigations, and support business teams.
- Leadership: Oversee design reviews and support our protection, automation, and communications systems.
- Project Management: Take charge as a Project Engineer on impactful projects.
- Quality Standards: Maintain high technical standards and drive business process improvements.
About You:
We're seeking a talented engineer with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years in protection design and analysis.
- Experience with network modelling tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Strong planning skills to meet deadlines.
Desirable Experience:
- Network communications technology (IEC 61850, DNP3).
- Automation systems in electricity networks.
- Protection systems asset commissioning.
- Computer-Aided Design.
