Your Role:

• Fault Repair: Diagnose and repair network faults, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
• Network Operations: Act as an extension of the Control Room to operate the network, including completing switching activities.
• Maintenance & Inspections: Conduct selected inspection, maintenance, and replacement activities to uphold network reliability.
• Customer Engagement: Scope customer-initiated work and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Standby Roster: Participate in the standby roster for after-hours fault callouts, ensuring round-the-clock network reliability.

About You:

Our ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and excels in communication. You’ll thrive working independently, embrace new challenges, and quickly adapt to evolving technologies.

Additionally, you’ll bring:

• NZ electrical workers registration and current practising licence.
• An Electrician qualification (desirable).
• Experience in dealing with faults.
• Current Class 1 vehicle licence (Class 2 heavy vehicle licence is desirable).
