We're partnering with a well-established and highly respected trades business that has built a reputation for delivering quality work across plumbing, roofing, gas fitting and drainage. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to continuous improvement, they're investing in smarter systems, better processes, and new technology, including AI, to support the next stage of growth.
As their Sales & Service Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of the operation, helping keep jobs moving, customers informed, and technicians productive.
No two days will look the same, and that's exactly how you like it.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service team, including:
Scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance work
Managing workflow and job progress from booking through to completion
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and field technicians
Supporting quotations, administration and job reporting
Helping identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Working alongside the team as they introduce new systems, technology and AI-driven tools
What We're Looking For
You'll likely come from a service coordination, scheduling, administration or customer service background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
You'll bring:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
Confidence working with technology and learning new systems
Experience with Simpro (highly regarded)
Experience within trades, maintenance, construction or service-based industries
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
