Service Coordinator
12-month fixed term | Busy, fast-paced coordination role | Central to daily operations
Some coordination roles are reactive.
This one is the engine room of a busy trades business.
We’re partnering with a well-established company specialising in plumbing, roofing, gas fitting, and drainage. With strong demand and ongoing growth, they’re investing in better systems, smarter scheduling, and improved ways of supporting their field teams.
You’ll be the central point coordinating service jobs from booking through to completion, making sure technicians are supported and customers stay informed.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinating daily service and maintenance schedules for field technicians
Managing jobs from booking through to completion in Simpro
Liaising with customers and providing job updates
Supporting technicians with scheduling changes and job details
Assisting with quotes, administration, and reporting
Supporting process improvements and system development initiatives
What we’re looking for
Experience in service coordination, scheduling, administration, or customer service
Background in trades, construction, maintenance, or service industries (highly regarded)
Confident working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong organisation and ability to prioritise changing workloads
Simpro experience highly regarded
Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach
Comfortable learning new systems and improving processes
