We’re looking for someone who loves the chase. Someone who doesn’t sit around waiting for leads — but gets out there, knocks on doors, picks up the phone, and keeps showing up until it pays off.
If you’ve got a few years of B2B sales under your belt, know how to build relationships, and believe you’ve got the drive to make things happen (even when the market’s tough), then this is your chance to prove it — and get real support while you do.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a small portfolio of existing customers (20% of your role)
- Hunting down new business across commercial and domestic customers (80% of your role)
- Building and owning your pipeline from scratch
- Helping clients get set up and sorted in their first year
- Offering smart, straightforward advice on our cleaning and hygiene services
What we’re after:
- At least 3 years’ experience in face-to-face sales, ideally B2B, however if you’re a go getter, and are already making strides earlier on in your sales career, we’d love to hear from you!
- Someone who’s resilient, doesn’t give up at the first signs of things ‘getting tough’, you’re self-motivated, and thrive on a challenge
- A natural with people — you know how to open conversations and keep them going
- Experience in the cleaning or service industries is a big bonus
