Group Marketing Specialist
Tax Traders is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team. You’ll be hands on across HubSpot automations, campaign execution, customer journeys, and digital platforms, helping shape how we show up to accountants, businesses, and NZX corporates nationwide.

We’re now looking for a Group Marketing Specialist whose equal parts innovate problem solver, curious thinker, and roll‑up‑your‑sleeves doer. Someone who thrives in fast pace, is proactive, , can stand confidently on their own two feet, and brings strong HubSpot capability to help lift a high-performing team to the next level.
What we do
Tax Traders’ smart fintech tools let businesses pay provisional tax how and when they choose, delivering significant savings. We simplify the complex, automate the manual, and make lengthy, costly processes instant and accessible. Our new SaaS product, ProvCheck, streamlines data and workflows for accounting firms. Clients include all major accounting firms, hundreds of independents, and around 150 NZX-listed corporates. As a proud B Corp, every decision reflects our commitment to an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.
Key responsibilities:
Manage HubSpot: automated flows, customer journeys, marketing calendar, and campaign reporting
Execute multi-channel campaigns: email, social, paid (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and performance tracking
Use data and client insights to inform briefs and strategic decisions
Support social media, website updates, and QA
Create and maintain collateral: decks, brochures, merchandise
Contribute to loyalty programmes
Assist with digital platform maintenance and work with internal/external partners
Collaborate with the team to promote and deliver a calendar of events including invites, landing pages, reminders, and follow-ups.
You’ll bring:
HubSpot expertise (essential)
3–5 years’ marketing experience (agency or in-house)
Data-driven, detail-focused, and tech-savvy
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, basic HTML/CSS, and Excel
Energy, ideas, and confidence to add value from day one
