With our current Financial Controller relocating overseas, we’re looking for a confident, hands‑on finance leader to help drive this next phase of growth.

What you’ll do:

You’ll own the financial heartbeat of the business, including:

• Management and financial accounting

• Business partnering across all departments

• Oversight of AP, AR, payroll, and all transactional finance

• Inventory and job‑costing control

• Strengthening financial controls and processes

• Driving automation, efficiency, and systems improvement

• Supporting cashflow, budgets, forecasting, and risk management

• Providing clear, accurate financial reporting to enable strong decisions

Who you are:

You’re a seasoned finance leader with deep commercial experience and the confidence to own a complex portfolio end to end. You understand multi‑entity environments, high‑volume transactions, stock movements, and the realities of construction or manufacturing operations.

You’re at your best in the detail, solving problems, keeping things moving, and ensuring financial operations run seamlessly. You’re practical, proactive and grounded, someone who sees what needs doing and gets on with it. Whether you’re tightening controls, building reporting frameworks, managing cashflow or scoping new systems, you bring accuracy, urgency and a steady hand. You’re systems savvy and process minded, experienced in leading ERP changes, managing payroll at scale, overseeing audits and bringing clarity to fast‑moving environments.

You understand the entire business and partner confidently across teams to improve performance and reduce risk. Your style is steady, loyal and quietly relentless. You take ownership, follow through and set high standards.
