We’re looking for one person.
Not a team. Not a title-collector
One sharp, commercially minded business hunter who knows how to win work and build relationships that last.
This role exists because new business matters to us, a lot. The right person in this seat will influence a meaningful portion of our revenue and the future shape of the business.

What this role is really about
You’ll be responsible for originating and winning new business across Victoria or Queensland, with scope to support national opportunities, primarily in the Public sector Healthcare, infrastructure, and large complex environments, where healthcare solutions and safety, are paramount.
This isn’t transactional selling. Our sales cycles can be short or long depending on the project, sometimes months, sometimes years. The work is high-value, high-trust, and technically sophisticated.
If you build the relationship, you keep it. We don’t believe in handing clients off once the deal is done. Continuity matters to us and to our customers.
You’ll be trusted to:
Build and own a multi-million dollar pipeline
Lead opportunities from first conversation through to close
Represent us at an executive level with credibility and professionalism
Work closely with our delivery and leadership teams to win the right work, not just any work
Who will do well here
A proven business developer, ideally from the Acute Healthcare sector, or with experience in capital equipment or technology sales within a related technical healthcare environment. We’d also welcome someone from the aged care sector, where our technology is critical to patient safety. You know how to open doors, build trust, and drive opportunities. You don’t wait for leads to come to you, you go out and hunt them. You:
Are commercially sharp and comfortable with accountability
Don’t need to be micromanaged
Ask good questions and listen carefully
Have technical know-how – but don’t worry, our technical experts will help you come up to speed, and partner with you to sell solutions!
Care about how you show up with clients and colleagues
Work hard when it’s on, and manage yourself when it’s not
Will either be Victoria or Queensland based, with a local network, ready to expand further on it!
