About the role
Tax Traders is looking for a proactive Group Marketing Specialist to take ownership of HubSpot automations, campaigns, customer journeys, and digital channels, shaping how we show up to accountants, businesses, and NZX‑listed corporates nationwide.

The role you’ll own
You’ll work across HubSpot automations, customer journeys, campaigns, and performance reporting, while supporting how the brand shows up across digital channels. You’ll collaborate with the Group Head of Marketing and Group Marketing Manager to refine ideas, sharpen execution, and help elevate a high‑performing team.

What you’ll be doing
Owning HubSpot: automated flows, customer journeys, campaign builds, reporting, and the marketing calendar
Executing multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and paid (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
Using data and customer insights to inform briefs, decisions, and optimisation
Supporting social media, website updates, and QA
Creating and maintaining collateral (decks, brochures, merchandise)
Contributing to loyalty programmes and client engagement initiatives
Supporting digital platform maintenance and working with internal and external partners
Helping deliver a calendar of events, from invites and landing pages through to follow-ups
Who you are
You’re the person who says “I’ve got it, leave it with me”.
You’ll bring:
3–5 years’ minimum marketing experience (agency or in-house)
A data-driven, detail-focused, tech-savvy mindset
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, basic HTML/CSS, and Excel
Energy, confidence, and the ability to add value from day one
